Pre & Post Probation
Candidates and Businesses who work with LRS must sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure-Agreement) LRS works closely with Candidates and Businesses using unconventional tools necessary to prepare both parties of full-time or contracted employment. A Post-probational progress is usually 6months but can also run for 1 year after the initial start date. A customer and business satisfaction survey is implemented after this period has lapped.
Head-hunting Long-term Recruit
My bespoke headhunting solution requires an in-depth meeting with the client to evaluated the businesses current circumstances and fundamental reasons for recruiting. Following our initial engagement, an in-depth action plan is created for the basis of finding the correct candidate.
Short-term Recruit
My bespoke short-tern recruit solution requires an in-depth meeting with the client to understand the nature of the short-term employment. This solution is often used for sales campaigns, seasonal peaks, succession planning or change programmes.
