Head-hunting Long-term Recruit
My bespoke headhunting solution requires an in-depth meeting with the client to evaluated the businesses current circumstances and fundamental reasons for recruiting. Following our initial engagement, an in-depth action plan is created for the basis of finding the correct candidate. In addition, the bespoke screening process is initiated to a strict dead-line based on negotiated timelines. Candidates follow internal practices which requires relevant documents obtaining true identity, work permits, training certificates or any relevant documents based on the candidate being recruited. During this process the candidate enters a contractual agreement with Lucre-Recruitment-Solutions. The interview or working interview process is implemented in conjunction to the businesses internal methodology.
The candidate is placed into a binding employment contract with a probation period. During this period a post contract strategy is implemented to increases the candidates and businesses chances of success. During the probation period, additional candidates are sourced in-case of failure until the correct employee has past the probation period. This process can incorporate other departments or positions within of the business simultaneously as a department or business wide initiative.
Short-term Recruit

This solution is often used for sales campaigns, seasonal peaks, succession planning or change programmes. Following our initial engagement, an in-depth action plan is created for the basis of finding the correct candidate. Candidates follow internal practices which requires documents obtaining candidate true identity, work permits, training certificates or any relevant documents based on the candidate being recruited.
